Where can I buy pocket novels?
You can buy pocket novels in various ways. The best way to read your favourite authors is to keep a regular eye out in newsagents and supermarkets. They first come out as pocket sized paperbacks published by D C Thomson and can be found near the women's magazines in Tesco, Asda, W H Smiths and small newsagents such as Martins. You have to be quick as each title is only on the shelves a couple of weeks before a new one takes its place but D C Thomson do have a very efficient service for ordering back copies if you miss one. After that, many are being issued as e-books and we will publicise them here. Also, once the books are out in large print published by Thorpe/Ulverscroft they can be found in libraries everywhere. If you have any problems finding your favourites just contact us and we'll see if we can help.
